I am a new client. I want to subscribe to a level-3 for the first month (to allow me to have three sites LIVE).
Does a month start from the date I purchase a site or does it start from the first day of the actual month?
A: When you start you subscription, the billing cycle starts on that day.
If you UPGRADE your subscription, then you are setting a new level for the next month’s billing. You will be charged a PRO-RATED fee to cover the difference up to the next billing date.
If you DOWNGRADE, your new level takes effect immediately and your new billing level will apply on the next billing date.
