There are several settings for this
Data Synchronization Policy
- Account Defaults – these allow you to force updates whenever the system does a sync
These override all other settings - User settings – these allow the User to set automated synchronization actions
Duplicate Versions of a Property?
There are several scenarios where a duplicate property site can exist.
The bottom line in all cases is that the Sync System will ONLY sync to ONE property site based on the MLS#. So you should decide which property site to keep and ensure that the site has the correct MLS# on it, then DELETE the other versions.
NOTE: There is no way to ‘merge’ data from one site to another.
