The Broker / Office / Team solution allows a single subscribed account to create multiple AGENT PROFILES that can all be the primary profile assigned to a listing.
In addition, additional profiles can also be allowed to log in as distinct users; when they do they will only see their sites.
The Office Solution is automatically turned on (made available) for any accounts that have a subscription level of 10 or more.
The features of the Office solution are:
- A single central subscription. A single credit card (for the office/team) is used to pay for monthly subscriptions.
- A single Master Account log in.
- Optionally allow other Users wishing to use the Office system will log in using their own Login credentials (needs to be set up for each User Profile)
- A Main Profile. The main (first) profile is the profile of the account owner.
- Multiple additional profiles for each User / Agent in the team – created from the MY ACCOUNT / USER PROFILES menu.
- When a site is completed, the final step is to assign a PROFILE to the site. The listing site then displays that agents contact details as the primary contact representing the listing.
- Purchases of Domain Names and Sign Riders are a one-time purchase and these are paid for at checkout time with the then-current-user’s credit card. This ensures that all agents using the system pay for their own consumables.
If the account subscription level falls below 10, then the multi-profile function is turned off and all ACTIVE sites are assigned to the main account.
