Enhanced Lead Capture (ELC) is a set of services to help capture more leads for you, by providing buyers with easy access to property information.
ELC is a unique system that integrates an Automated Voice Response feature (call 1-877… and enter extension 1000), SMS text messaging to short code (send “EXT_1000” to 3207), and click-to-call functionality. You can then customize the messages you want the consumer to hear or see for each method.
When you have the ELC feature turned on for your account, each feature is automatically applied to all of your single property sites as they are turned on. Each property will be assigned it’s own unique extension. You can even reassign an extension that you have previously used before.
These services make it simple for buyers to get property information on their mobile device. Be sure to check that your country or region is correctly shown, as the features are specific to different areas.
