Checklist if you cannot log in

If you are unable to login, please check the following common problems and resolutions

Did you change the email address on the account?
For example, if you gave an assistant access to your site and they changed the email address in the USER PROFILES section (for your profile) this will be the new LOGIN.

Did you forget your password?
If so use the ‘I forgot my password link’ on the LOGIN page.

Still having problems logging in? or seeming to log in but unable to access any of the menu pages?

 

If you are having trouble logging in to your Single property Sites Account, please try the following steps:

1. Ensure that you have added SinglePropertySites to your trusted sites

  • Close all browser windows
  • Open an Internet Explorer window
  • Click on "Tools" located at the top of the window
  • Click on "Internet Options"
  • Click on the "Security" tab in the new window.
  • Click on the "Sites" button beside Trusted Sites.
  • In the box provided, type in the following address: *.SinglePropertySites.com
  • Click the "Close" button at the bottom
  • Click "OK" to close window.

2. Double check to see if you have your cookies enabled

  • From the Toolbar in your Internet Explorer select Tools
  • Choose Internet Options
  • Select the Privacy Tab
  • Click the Advanced button
  • In the Advance Privacy Settings section, check the option marked Override automatic cookie handling
  • Make sure you have selected to Accept both First-party and Third-party Cookies
  • Click OK
  • Click OK again
  • Close all of your open Internet Explorer browsers and open a brand new browser

3. If you are still having troubles logging in, try to clear your cookies:

  • From the Toolbar in your Internet Explorer select Tools
  • Choose Internet Options
  • Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Cookies

4. Configure your FIREWALL and ANTIVIRUS software to allow our cookies.

  • Configure your Firewall (eg. Norton Internet Security or Zone Alarm) to allow cookies from the SinglePropertySites.com domain
  • Ensure that you do not have any antivirus (eg. Norton or McAfee) programs blocking cookies too.
  • Remember to always logout each and every time you are done editing your site for security reasons.
