How to create an MLS compliant, non-branded Single Property Site as MLS Virtual Tour Link

Single Property Sites make excellent virtual tour links for your MLS Listings!

Your MLS usually permits the use of Virtual Tours with MLS Listings as long as they are ‘compliant’ – i.e. ‘non-Branded’ virtual tour links that do not advertise or promote the listing agent or listing brokers details, and they must not have external links either.

By adding some additional code at the end of the URL you use as your Virtual Tour Link, the site will comply with MLS requirements and NOT display your contact and branding details. This will also remove all external links.

To see these links for your LIVE site – click the VIEW menu item for your site to see all the Links.
The Share and View menu item is also shown in the EDIT page too on the right side of the TOP section.

Special Note for NTREIS

North TEXAS – NTREIS has added the following URL to their validation tables, so use the unbranded link in our VIEW page – www.singlepropertysites.com/display/?mls2=yes&number=

To do this, simply add this to the end of the URL.

?mls=yes

for example:

http://www.1122mainstreet.com?mls=yes .. Try it!

You will see how the contact links and branding is all removed AND all links to maps, aerial views, census data etc

To see the regular site, you will now need to open a new browser window and type in www.1122MainStreet.com without the ?mls=yes code at the end. A new window is required because your browser will remember the ?mls=yes until you close the browser!
