How do Profiles Work?

How do Multiple Agent Profiles work?

There are three types of User profiles that may be associated with each listing site:

  1. Person representing the listing
  2. Person who is co-listing
  3. Sponsor

Membership level less than 10

With a subscription level of less than 10, a Single User account has a Master User profile that will be automatically linked to every site and will represent EVERY listing. Additional User Profiles may be created that can be used as CO-LISTING agents, or SPONSORS.

Membership level 10 and higher

With a subscription level of 10 or more, a single Account may set up Multiple Agent profiles, all of whom may individually represent a listing themselves.

This means that once a site is created, you may “assign” a specific Agent Profile to any listing.
Then, that Agents Profile data is used for all the Contact Details display and Contact information (emails and phone numbers etc) in that site.

For example, all inquiries etc will now be sent to the email specified in that Agent’s Profile.

You may assign and re-assign Agent Profiles or Co_Listing agents  in the EDIT page for each site.
