One of the first things you want to do when beginning your new property marketing strategy, is to import / set up your listings.
When setting up a single property site, entering all of your property data manually is a lengthy, boring task. To remedy this, your property marketing system gives you a tool that makes setting up a new site as effortless as possible.
In your user dashboard, make sure you are on the Manage Sites tab. At the bottom of the screen you will see the green “Add New Listing” button (pictured at right). Simply click on the button to begin creating your new single property site.
There are 2 great methods to creating an attractive property website.
1) Property Import
Our property import feature is a cutting-edge way to create a new site almost instantly. If your data is already on the MLS, you can simply enter the MLS number and in 30 seconds you’re new property website will be done! This is only available on U.S. properties with a valid MLS number.
