Type of Profiles and Permissions

1. Agent: When you set up agents these can be “working with”
2. LOs: Default cannot add LOs – but can add agents
3. Label for LO – Branch Manager label –
   1. Branch manager can add LOs and Agents
4. LOs can then be assigned to Branches
