Problems staying logged in

I am having problems staying logged in!
I am working through the Site Creation wizard, or I am EDITing my site and the system keeps logging me out and telling me that I need to log in again or that the session has timed out.

Many of these problems are caused by the inability of your PC or Browser to maintain a session with the Single Property Sites website.
The way to solve these problems is to identify the application that is blocking the session and then fix the issue.
Here is a list of things to check

  1. Software firewalls – is SinglePropertySites a trusted site?
  2. Internet Browser settings – can you accept cookies and session data from singlepropertysites?
  3. Norton suite of products – try turning off your Firewall and Anti-Virus to see if this eliminates the problem.
  4. Pop Up Blockers – these can stop sessions and/or cookies
  5. Internet Explorer Toolbars – Yahoo, Google, Earthlink etc all provide toolbars – these can quite often get in the way of applications. Use the Internet Explorer settings Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Manage Add Ons to disable these until you identify the issue
  6. Other various applications that may be running in your TASK TRAY. For example, pop up weather services and other Alert systems can sometimes interfere with normal operations.

The approach to take is to turn off all these applications and verify the problem is solved.
Then turn them one again one at a time until you identify the culprit!

Please tell us what you discover as it will help us improve our system and will also help others.
