Make the property marketing system all about YOU! Showcase your own branding and business name across all your websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
To set up your own company’s branding options, simply click on the “Branding Your Service” link in the Helpful Shortcuts column (pictured at right). You will then be taken to the Service branding Setup page.
SERVICE BRANDING SETUP WIZARD
The service branding setup wizard is an easy tool that will take you through all the necessary steps to set up your custom branding. It will guide you through the set up of the following items:
Domain:
You can set the domain name you want to use for your customers to log in on. You can either choose to use our unbranded site domain at ListingDominator.com, or you can use your own domain (you will need to configure the DNS settings) that you already own.
Subdomains:
This is where you decide on what you want to have as your default property address sub domain. A sub domain is a domain that appears UNDER another domain. For example: 1122MainStreet.2SeeIt.com.
Setting up sub domains does not preclude you from getting a regular domain name for each property. For example, we have both 1122MainStreet.2SeeIt.com and 1122MainStreet.com — click this now to see how it works. You can always get domain names for every property.
Business Name and Link:
Your business name and link will be used as website credits shown at the bottom of every website. The link can go to a domain you set up in the previous steps, or any other website on the web.
Welcome and Help Text:
As part of preserving YOUR brand, when your Agents / Users / Clients login, we remove all the links to the Help and Reference. Therefore, use this field to display any instructions you want to show in the footer of each page, such as how to get help, etc. This can include HTML. You can also set up which page you want users to be redirected to upon signing out.
Branded Header:
You may upload any logo to show in the top section of the admin area (system dashboard) when you and others access the service portal. The maximum dimensions are 98 px high and 600 px wide.
Personalize System Email Messages:
There are many automated system emails that get sent out from the system. For example, when a property site is turned on, lead alerts are sent, and so on. You can customize these emails to reflect YOUR branding.
Login and Registration Forms:
Here you can copy and paste HTML code to your website and allow users to register and/or login.
ADDING AND UPDATING PROFILES
It’s very easy to set up the personal information about you and / or your office that you want to appear on your property sites. Simply navigate to the My Account tab at the top of the user dashboard. Here you will see a few different options including:
Member / User Profiles (Agents, LOs, Sponsors, Co-Listers):
Click this link in order to customize your personal information that will appear on your property sites. This includes your contact information and personal photo. You can also set up Sponsors and Co-Listing Agents here. To add a new profile, simply click the green “Add New Agent [Or FSBO]” button. You will then be taken to the Edit Profile page, where detailed instructions can be found to the right of each section. You can also link each individual profile to an office profile (see next section on setting up business profile).
Office Profile (Business Address and Logo):
Click this link in order to set up the key business information for your office or team including the name, address, and logo. The Business / Office Profile shown on a Property Listing will be the one linked to the User Profile. Simply click the green “Add New Office” button to be taken to the office profile setup page, which includes detailed instructions to the right of each section.
