What is the SPS Reseller Solution?
The SPS Reseller (Value Added Reseller, or VAR) solution allows you to set up your own business to provide Single Property Website services to your clients by using OUR system as the tool to do this.
Initially, your clients ONLY work with you. They do not have access to the SPS system, this is only for you.
If you wish to, you may give your clients LOGIN access so that they can login and see and manage their sites. There is a strict barrier in the system ensuring your clients can only see their data.
All the credits and copyright notices and links at the foot of the websites will refer to you and your business, NOT SPS!
Who is a typical Reseller?
If you are a marketing services professional providing services to REALTORs already or FSBOs, then you will be able to add SPS services to your existing marketing services.
If you are a Loan Officer or mortgage broker looking to build relationships with REALTORs and FSBOS then the SPS Mortgage Marketing Solution is a great solution for you are your team.
How Much Does it Cost?
The only requirement is that you must be subscribed to at least the level 10 or higher.
How do I get a Value Added Reseller Solution?
You will require an account with a membership level of at least 10.
If you already have an account and need to migrate this to be a Reseller account, then please contact us
If you are looking to set up a new account, then go ahead and create a new account using the standard registration form on our website, and then tell us you are a Marketing Professional (or Mortgage Professional). The system will automatically be set up in Reseller mode.
Branding Support for Resellers
In a Reseller account, you can set all the following options:
- Custom domain name for your service, i.e. make the SPS service YOUR domain name. This is particularly handy if you are intending to give your clients access.
- Set up your business name to brand all sites
- Set up your logo to appear in the Admin area should your clients be logging in
- Removal of references to SPS in the back-end admin area
